Hvarnes church is a long church from approximately 1705. The church received a sacristy in 1849 and was painted in white in 1872.

Kvelde church is a long church from 1871. The church was extended with a baptismal sacristy on the north side of the choir in 1930.
Styrvoll church is a long church dating back to the Middle Ages. The nave and chancel are made of stone, while the porch and the turret (from the 1870s) are made of wood.
The Kodal Church is a Romanesque church first mentioned in 1339, but is thought to date back to around 1100. The choir, which is the oldest part of the church, was built in the 12th century, while the nave dates from 1691.
