The Karaite Kenessa in Vilnius is a synagogue built in 1908 by architect Mikhail M. Prozorov for a Karaite community. The brick Neo-Moorish building still serves as a synagogue.

The Constantine and Michael Church (also known as the Romanov Church) was built in 1913 on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the Tsarist Romanov Dynasty.
The current building of Cathedral Basilica of St Stanislaus and St Ladislaus of Vilnius (or just Vilnius Cathedral) dates from 1783. Throughout the 13th century, the site of the church was disputed between the Catholic Church and the ancient Baltic paganists that owned a temple there. A church was permanently installed in 1387.
The Taharot Hakodesh Synagogue, or Choral Synagogue, is the only survivor of 105 to 110 synagogues in Vilnius. Opened in 1903, it survived the Second World War because the Nazi occupiers had a pharmacy there.
