Tangen Church
The Tangen church is an octagonal wooden church built according to the plans of the architect Christian H. Grosch in 1861. The church has a dome-shaped structure and a pyramidal roof over the choir. The interior is well preserved with much of the furniture from the time of construction. The church was renovated on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the church in 1936. The pulpit was lowered and decorated with evangelists painted by Einar Rønning.
