Snarøya Church

Snarøya Church is an active church, completed in 1968. The building is made of concrete and was designed by architects Odd Østbye and Harald Hille. The project was awarded the Betongtavlen ("The Concrete Tablet") architecture prize in 1985.

Bygdøy church is a concrete church built from 1968. It replaced the Bygdøy Chapel, which had burned down ten years earlier. The architect of the church was Finn Bryn, who also designed the pulpit and baptismal font. The altar is a work by Veslemøy Nystedt Stoltenberg from 1994.
