The Sandar Church is a large cruciform church built in 1790-91 from lathed wood with the exterior panelled and painted. The windows are located on two floors, the upper windows being in the shape of an arc. The tower is located on the gable of the northeast crossbeam and obtained its neo-gothic appearance during a reconstruction in 1868. The interior is characterised by galleries and carpentry of early classicism.
The Sandefjord church, completed in 1903, replaces a small white wooden building from 1872. This old church was damaged by the town fire in 1900. The new church was designed by architect Karl Michalsen.
Bugården Church has been a "working church" since 1980. The building is made of brick and, as a "work church", it houses offices and even more rooms for activities, including a gymnasium.
