The Beit Shalom Synagogue in Athens is a Sephardi synagogue built in the 1930s. This Neo-Classical brick building still serves as a synagogue.

Tzistarakis Mosque was built in 1759 in Monastiraki Square, at the heart of Athens. The building operates as an annex of the Museum of Greek Folk Art.
Fethiye Mosque is a 17th-century mosque built on the remains of a Byzantine temple, in the area of the Roman Forum of Athens.
The church of Panagia Kapnikarea is a small Byzantine church dating from the 11th century. It was erected on an old church of the 5th century, itself built on a Greek temple. The church now belongs to the University of Athens and is called "Church of the Sacred University".
