Church of San Mateo Apóstol (San Mateo de Gállego)

The parish church was built in the 16th century, however originally it must have belonged to the Aragonese Mudejar type of church-fortress. This typology is reinforced by its location on a hill overlooking the valley and the fact that the tower is not accessed from the street level but from the second floor.
