Duomo di Monterotondo

The Cathedral of Monterotondo, officially the Basilica of Santa Maria Maddalena, was built in the 17th century in the Baroque style. The interior, which resembles a basilica, has a single nave in the shape of a Latin cross and side chapels connected by arched passages.

Chiesa di Santa Emerenziana

The church of Santa Emerenziana was built between 1940 and 1942 at the request of Pope Pius XII, designed by the architect Tullio Rossi, and consecrated on 28 November 1942. The building is made of brick. The facade has three entrance portals close to each other, framed by travertine marble.

The church of San Roberto Bellarmino was built between 1931 and 1933 according to the plans of the architect Clemente Busiri Vici. The church is built in the neo-Romanesque style with a brick façade and a simple portico supported by four pilasters and framed by two low octagonal bell towers. The interior has a single nave with a transept and an octagonal dome.
