The Fatih Mosque is a mosque on the Rozengracht in the Jordaan , Amsterdam-Centrum . It is located in the former Roman Catholic St. Ignatius Church , also known as De Zaaier . Because the building and the former rectory are still completely intact, they are considered representative of the construction period in the 1920s and were placed on the municipal monuments list of Amsterdam.
The Amsterdam Westerkerk is a Calvinist church built between 1620 and 1631 in a Baroque style.
The Redemptorist Fathers commissioned the construction of this chapel next to their monastery at Keizersgracht 218. The monastery was consecrated on 5 November 1850.
