The Benedictine monastery in Rajhrad was founded according to tradition in 1045, making it the oldest monastic-type foundation in Moravia. The present monastic complex dates back to the 18th century, it was built between 1721 and 1746 according to the plans of the architect Jan Blažej Santini-Aichel; however, its project was not completed. After being dissolved in 1950, the largely devastated monastery was taken over by the Benedictine order in 1990. Its entire complex with the Church of St. Peter and Paul is protected as a cultural monument and in 2005 the library became the basis of the new Memorial of Literature in Moravia.

The Rakkestad church is a medieval stone church with a rectangular nave and a narrower, lower choir. The present bell tower, located in front of the west entrance, was built as part of the reconstruction of the church in 1875, which was carried out under the direction of municipal engineer G. B. Kielland. At the same time, the choir vault and the west portal were enlarged, among other things. The decoration was also renewed, but the altarpiece, the baptismal font and the pulpit were preserved.

Rakovac Monastery lies north of Fruška Gora mountain, near the village of the same name. It is one of the 16 surviving Orthodox monasteries built between the 15th and 18th centuries on the Fruška Gora mountain in Serbia (also known as the Serbian Mount Athos).

The church of Ramnes is a long church dating from the 12th century. The heavy stone walls are the originals, except for the north-west corner. The sacristy and the porch were built next to the one-meter thick walls. At the beginning of the 17th century, the church was given a new tower. Most of the original equipment has disappeared, but the oldest part of the baptismal font dates from the beginning of the 13th century. The altarpiece with the communion motif and the pulpit with the carved fields are from the 17th century.

Ramsvik church is a long church from 1908 in Indre Fosen. The building is made of wood and has 200 places.

Ramygala is mentioned in historical sources as early as the 13th century. The Grand Duke of Lithuania Alexander in 1501. In a written letter, he instructed the Bishop of Vilnius Vaitiekas Albert Taboras 1 to supervise the parish of Ramygala. Research by Kazys Misius and Romualdas Sinkunas states that the first church in Ramygala was built between 1431 and 1500, the exact date is unknown, but it is known that in 1500. the altarist (priest) of the church in Ramygala has already been mentioned. By the agreement of historians and locals, the date of the establishment of the parish is considered to be 1431. It is known that already in the 15th century. At the end of the 19th century, Ramygala parish was one of the largest in Aukstaitija. This is evidenced by the 1503 Deed of the donation of Duke Alexander, by which the pastor of Ramygala was instructed to take care of the chapel with the rights of a branch (sister parish) for the locals and to ensure their religious service 28 km from Ramygala, on the bank of the NeveSis River. This was the founding of the city of Panevezys.

The Randaberg church was built in 1845 to bring Randaberg together into a parish at the expense of the two medieval churches of Viste and Randabergkirken. Part of the building materials came from the Stave church which was located on Randaberg.

Randabygd Church is a neo-gothic building completed in 1916. It was built by R. O. Gald from drawings by Jens Sølvberg. New colours were given to the church in 1971, it originally had yellow walls, a dark red choir, while the ceiling was blue. The beams are richly decorated.

The Randesund church, built in 1864, is a cruciform church built of wood. The altarpiece, "The Holy Communion", was made by Olaf Hasaas after the original in Risør Church. The church bells date from 1864.

Randfjord Church is a long church built in 1916 according to the plans of engineer H. Horn. In 1989-90 the interior of the church was renovated. At that time, large parts of the interior and facilities were painted pink and blue.
