Modern church with small tower, in the Spangen district in Rotterdam-West. Replaced the former, demolished Roman Catholic St. Nicholas Church from 1962, at the same location. The Surinamese Roman Catholic Parish Petrus Donders has also been located here since 2008. That parish used the Roman Catholic Church HH Verlosser en Barbara in Crooswijk, which was closed that year, from 1997 to 2008.

The Peace Stupa in Grafenwörth was built in 2019 and officially inaugurated in 2023. The architect was Matthias Rainer. The stupa includes a meditation hall. The stupa is a place for meditation and intercultural dialogue with several events taking place every year.

Pear Tree Church in the ocean city of Southampton is the oldest Anglican church in the world, being the first church built and consecrated after the Reformation.

The exact period of the cemetery’s establishment is unknown. The oldest gravestone relates to the mid-19th century, so it can be assumed that the cemetery emerged during that period. First, it appears on Austrian maps of the 1880s and later on Polish maps of 1939.

The Cathedral of St. Peter and St. Paul, also known as the "Pecs Cathedral" was completed in 1891. It was renovated in the 19th century in a way that the original medieval cathedral is still distinguishable. The church also contains a 6000 pipe organ from the local organ factory of Pecs. Additionally, the church lies atop an enormous 12th century, the five-nave crypt that was found to house the remains of Janus Pannonius, a famous humanist, poet, and former bishop of Pecs.

Pedersöre Church is a medieval stone church, probably built between 1510 and 1520, preceded by wooden churches built on the site as early as the end of the 13th century. A cross plan was given to the church during a restoration between 1787 and 1795 by the famous church builder Jacob Rijf. The bell tower was built in 1769-1775 by Thomas Rijf and Matti Honga. The church was severely burnt down in 1985.

The original cathedral of St German was inside the walls of Peel Castle and was built sometime in the 12th century when St Patrick's Isle was in the possession of Norse kings.The building fell into ruin in the 18th century. After debating who owned the ruins and site, it was decided not to rebuild that cathedral. The present building was constructed in 1879–84 to replace St Peter's Church in Peel's market place.

Petrus (Peerke) Donders was born in Tilburg on October 27, 1809. He worked as a missionary among lepers in Surinam. Around 1900 his worship arose in Tilburg. The people of Tilburg saw in him someone with whom they could identify. In 1982 Peerke Donders was beatified. On the northern edge of Tilburg (220,000 inhabitants), the Peerke Donders Park is a popular place of pilgrimage with a birthplace, chapel, park and a museum that opened in 2009.

The Great Choral Synagogue in Riga is an Ashkenazi synagogue built in 1905 by architects Wilhelm Neumann and Karl Seuberlich, and later restored in 2009. The brick synagogue, still in use, displays an Egyptian Revival style.

The mosque is located centrally in the old village area. Originally, this building was built as a church in Byzantine times, then later converted into a mosque. It is known that several major renovations and remodellings were carried out at the beginning of the 20th century and around 1930. The earthquake of 1953 then caused major damage, which was repaired from 1954-1956.
