Reformed Church. Single-nave building, 15th? with built-in late Romanesque tower. Against the east wall an extension with burial vault of the Du Peyrou family; alliance coat of arms in the facade, 18th. Baptismal fence 17th, copper baptismal arch 1729. Pew, 18th, Epitaph, 1785. Gravestones, 16-17th. Copper chandelier and three copper candle arms, 18th. Organ with main work and secondary work, made in 1876 by P. Flaes. Bell frame with clock by François and Pieter Hemony, 1650, diam. 107.5 cm. Mechanical tower clock by Eijsbouts, 1934, with electric winding.

Built on the site of a church building from 1646. This previous church building was demolished due to dilapidation. In 1900 the current church was completed. There are plans to decommission the church by 2025 at the latest by the Protestant Community Phiipinne-Sas of Gent-Sluiskil, which this church is part of, together with another church in Sluiskil due to the high costs of renovating the church. The church is also used as a daycare center.

Reformed church, built in 1812, rebuilt in 1861. Simple brick hall church in plan an elongated octagon, closed on three sides on the north and south sides, with a small tower on the roof. In the west wall a memorial stone for the foundation. The church has an oak pulpit with hourglass holder and copper lectern, all 18th century. Oak bell frame, 1813, with bell by anonymous founder, ca. 1812-1830.

Reformed CHURCH; tower brick building, lower part late Romanesque with lesenes and arched friezes, upper part late Gothic. Low XIV choir. Internal rococo grave monument for lord of the manor Balthasar de Leeuw 1754. Pews and pulpit. (The tower of the church is owned by the municipality of Houten). Mechanical tower clock, probably 1886, later fitted with an unprotected synchronous motor.

Dutch Reformed Church. Simple hall building from 1815. Bell tower with clock by Bakker and Pootman, diam. 45 cm. The first Reformed Church, on the Zwaluwsedijk, was destroyed during the war in 1944. A new Reformed Church was built on the Grintweg in 1953, based on a design by C. van der Bom. After the formation of the PKN community, the last service was held in that church on 21 August 2005. This church is listed as a National Monument of the Netherlands.

Modern church. Inaugurated on July 4, 1965. Built to replace a Chapel of the Reformed Evangelisation Association Dalerpeel/Nieuwe Krim, from 1920.

Nice church with a big tower. In 2002 Samen op Weg (SOW) church together with the Dutch Reformed Church. Redesigned in 2004.

Important historical church with many extensions, especially the extremely interesting neo-style tower.Built as Dutch Reformed Church. Replaced an older church. Renovated in 1923. Since 2001, Samen Op Weg church. The church was restored in 2001. Action was taken to restore the tower dating from 1865.

In 1408 a chapel dedicated to St. Sebastian was already mentioned. In 1449 the church was enlarged. In 1544 Ilpendam had a parish church. As a result of the Eighty Years' War the church was largely destroyed. Remains from the old church are the roguish statues in the choir closure. During the Reformation the church was transferred to the Dutch Reformed Church. A definitive reconstruction took place in 1656. The church then got its current form. In the years 1723, 1850, 1922, 1946 and 1984 the church was restored. The last major maintenance took place in 2004/2005.

Bovensmilde, NL

Beautiful neoclassical church with tower. Restoration in 1947. In Bovensmilde, along the Drentse Hoofdvaart, lies the site with the Reformed Church and associated parsonage. Due to its intactness and beautiful location, the complex was declared a national monument in 1995. These national monuments are of both cultural-historical and architectural-historical importance. In 2010, the church building was transferred by the owner, the Protestant community of Bovensmilde, to Het Drentse Landschap. The parsonage followed in 2015. The church was built between 1868 and 1870 and is a so-called Waterstaatskerk. Such churches were built in the period 1824-1875 with financial support from the national government. The building has neoclassical features, such as the symmetrical construction and the use of pediments and cornices. The parsonage dates from 1862 and is eclectic in style. The parsonage is a national monument.
