In 1961, five residents of Middelharnis and Oude Tonge decided to investigate the possibility of founding a reformed evangelism, intended for those who did not feel at home in the environment of the Reformed Federation. These were mostly civil servants and teachers who had come from elsewhere to Goeree and Overflakkee. They were called "Overkanters". After much deliberation, the first service of the reformed circle De Oecumene was held on Sunday 9 December 1962 in the auditorium of the public mulo on the Koningin Julianaweg in Middelharnis.

Built as Dutch Reformed Church. Modern church building without tower. The last celebration by the PKN took place on Saturday 27 November 2010. The Exodus Church got two new user-owners in 2010: a Christian Congolese community and the Evangelical community Morgenstond. The church function has been continued with this.

The church with the ekklesionym Agios Georgios is situated in the southern part of the old village centre.

The church of Eystein, built in 1969, was built in concrete according to the plans of the architect Magnus and Anton Poulsson. The church is located on the Nidaros pilgrimage route and is named after King Eystein, who is said to have built a church here in the 12th century.

Fåberg Church, which was completed in 1727, is a half-timbered cruciform church with exterior panels and a low west tower. The congregation had bought the church site in 1723, in connection with the king of 1721, who sold a total of 620 churches in the country to congregations and private individuals. It was decided to build a new church, which was to be built on Onsumjordet and not on the site of the old one, which was a stave church from the second half of the twelfth century.

Fabriano Cathedral was first mentioned in documents in 1047, and two centuries later, in 1253, it became the mother church of the town. The building underwent important extensions in the second half of the 14th century: the construction of the apse and the tribune date from this period. At the beginning of the 17th century, under the impulse of the reformist ideas, the church was rebuilt by the architect Muzio Oddi (1607-1617). The precious interior decoration with stuccoes by Francesco Selva from Ticino dates back to this phase. The church did not become a cathedral until 1728. The present bell tower dates back to the 19th century.

The Fabric Synagogue in Timişoara is a Neologist synagogue built in 1899 by the architect Lippòt Baumhorn (1860-1932). This Hungarian Secessionist brick building still serves as a synagogue.

The Cathedral of Faenza is an important example of Renaissance architecture in Romagna, with Tuscan influence. Its construction, designed by Giuliano da Maiano, began in 1474 and was not completed until 1515, although the façade remained unfinished; the consecration for the cult of the Apostle Saint Peter took place in 1581. It is the third of Faenza's cathedrals since the origin of the diocese.
