The Foldnes church was built between 2000 and 2001 according to the plans of architect Kolbjørn Jensen. The building materials for the church are wood and leca.

The Fjell church is a long church dating from 1874. The present church is probably the third or fourth church on the site. The previous church was a wooden church from the 17th century. The first one was probably a medieval stave church.
The church in Strusshamn is a brick church that was built in 1969. The first church was built in 1741 but burnt down in 1861. A new church was consecrated in 1864 but also burnt down in 1966.
The Olsvik church is a concrete church built in the shape of a square from 1990. The church has an altar carpet made by Else Marie Jakobsen and 32 stained glass windows painted by Kjell Nupen.
