The Great Synagogue or simply known as the Slonim Synagogue is a 17th century former synagogue building in a baroque style. It was erected in 1642 as part of the town’s fortification system. In 1881 the synagogue was heavily damaged by a fire. It is now the subject of a restoration project under the Foundation for Jewish Heritage.

The Beit Midrash in Slonim is an Ashkenazi synagogue probably built around 1881. This Historicist brick synagogue has been transformed into a shop.
The Cathedral of the Transfiguration is an Orthodox church built at the beginning of the 19th century as part of a monastery, abolished in 1832 and subsequently destroyed. The monastery church, built in the Renaissance style, was later transformed into the Orthodox Cathedral of the Transfiguration. The temple was destroyed in the 1950s, and since 2000 it has been restored.
St. Elijah's Church is a wooden Orthodox church built in 1861. When the church reopened after decades of closure under the Soviet regime, a belfry portal, completed by an onion-shaped dome, was erected.
