Kapel

Large, interesting "chapel" with tower. Extension in 1951. The Chapel is a church building in traditionalist style on the Kapelstraat in the former Drenthe village, now city of Emmen. The church was designated a national monument in 1998.

Built for the Baptist community. Expansion in 1958, out of use in 1997, then Evangelisation post of the Reformed community. In 2004 the community received the organ from the Ger. Gem. of Ermelo, Hanengewei 69 - Eben Haëzer .
