Hov Church

Hov Church dates back to 1781. The church underwent several restorations. The largest was in 1871. Then the original unpainted timber walls were panelled, the benches were replaced, and the interior painted.

The Skute church is a long church dating from 1915. The church is built according to the designs of Ole Stein, and is panelled on the outside and inside. The church has a stave church-like profile with low naves and a number of stave church-like details. The interior is characterised by a neo-baroque style with Art Nouveau elements in the sculptures.
