The church in Langesund is a "working church" built in 1991-92 after a church fire in 1755 in 1988. A large part of the church walls are covered with wood.

The Stathelle Church is a long church built in 1964 in concrete, steel and wood in the style of a boathouse. The Stathelle Church was expanded in 2010-11.

Bamble Church

The Bamble church is considered to be the first neo-gothic church in Norway, built in 1841-45 according to drawings by Gustav Adolph Lammers. The church is a cruciform church with relatively narrow cross arms made of lathed wood with exterior cladding and details. The tower to the west was built in 1902. The interior is richly designed with neo-gothic details.

Brevik Church

The Brevik church was built in reinforced concrete in 1963. A previous church occupied this site but burned down in 1960.
