The Pasha Mosque (today Hafiz Patel Mosque) is a small mosque in Elbasan. The old mosque was demolished during the renovation in the 1990s and thus lost the nomination for National Heritage.
A shrine style like that of the Naziresha Mosque in the same town, it is the typical Albanian Islamic achitecture. The style consists a prayer hall, the portico at the front of the entrance and the minaret to the right and a raised hemispherical dome with an octagonal polygonal drum.
Also known as Sultan Bayezid Mosque, it was founded by the same Sultan for the name sake in 1485, making it one of the oldest active mosques in Albania.
