Church of St Antony, Sieniawa

The Church of St Antony was originally a manor wooden chapel built around 1740 by the landlord of Sieniawa, Andrzej Sendzimir. It is one of the historic wooden churches in the Małopolska Province in southern Poland.

About this building

The church was built using logs which are vertically boarded and moulded above the arcade, and unboarded below it. It was used as a parish church until 1990. The interior has preserved some polychrome decoration from 1845 and three late-baroque altars from the 18th century.
