As the ministers of the Mennonite congregation in Pieterzijl preferred to live in Grijpskerk, in 1890 a presbytery was built on the Herestraat in Grijpskerk.
Built as a Reformed Church. Iconic interbellum church with tower. Hall church with high, side-standing tower in a light expressionist style.
A simple 17th century hall church with large round arch windows and a small roof turret. Both the north wall and the west wall contain an entrance under a basket arch.
