Høre church is a wooden church, first built in 1179. In the 19th century, the church was considerably rebuilt and given a new choir and an enlarged nave. The original construction of the nave, dating from the 12th century, has been preserved as a skeleton within the cladding. The moat structures of the nave show the original size of the church hall.

Heensåsen Church is a wooden church that was built in 1902. The church has a long plan and was designed by the architect Johan J. Meyer. The altarpiece itself was made by Thorstein Verpilen and the crucifix on top of the altarpiece was made by the rural artist Endre O Lien. The pulpit was made by the builder's brother Erik Eriksen.
The Lomen Stave Church is thought to have been built in the second half of the 12th century. The church was rebuilt and enlarged in 1779. It stopped being used daily in 1914.
The church of Lomen was built in masonry in 1914. The church is characterized by neo-Romanesque and New Baroque forms with elements of Art Nouveau. The interior is well done and well preserved from the period of construction, except for the colours, which are from 1957.
