The Spangereid church is a 12th century church whose oldest parts, made of stone, are still visible. The wooden structure was added to the medieval church in 1840.

Austad Church

Austad Church is a cross church built in 1803. A few years ago it was discovered that the oak timber used for the construction of the church originated from a stave church that was built in the late 12th century.

Aulstad Church

The wood used for the construction of the church in Aulstad in 1864 came from the old church in Svatsum, which was built in 1726 but demolished in 1860. The interior of the church is rather well preserved from the time of construction. The altarpiece dates from 1768 and was carved by Eistein Guttormsson Kjörnn.

Korshamn Chapel

Korshamn chapel is a wooden building completed in 1906. The architect of the chapel is Arne Abrahamsen.
