The Nesflaten Chapel is a wooden building completed in 1853. The church has a long plan, its architecture is inspired by Hans Linstow's type of church.

Røldal Stave Church is a 13th century church. In the 17th century, the church walls were richly decorated with paintings. During the renovation of 1844, the nave was extended to the west and expanded with a new ceiling. In 1913-1918, the church underwent a major reconstruction. The church is famous for hosting a 13th century crucifix suspended above the choir opening.
Suldal church was completed in 1852. The church was built according to a type drawing by Hans Ditlev Franciscus Linstow.
The Sauda church is a long church dating from 1866. The church was built according to the type drawings of Hans Ditlev Franciscus von Linstow. When the church was consecrated, it had no spire and the inventory was simple. The church was given a spire in 1921 and the extension at the entrance was added later.
