Nordstrand Church

Nordstrand church dates from 1866. The building, made of brick, was first built as a chapel in 1865, but was through several renovations until 1935. Nordstrand church has three stained glass windows in the choir, made by the visual artist Frøydis Haavardsholm. The first two she made in 1919, and later a third in connection with the rebuilding which was completed in 1935.

The church of Kroer is a long church dating from 1925. The architect of the church was Harald Sund. There were three churches in Kroer before the present church was built. The previous churches date from around 1340, 1550 and 1852. The third burned down in 1923.
