Ljan Church

The Ljan church, completed in 1932, imitates the medieval style according to the plan of the architect Olav Olson. The sculptor Trygve Dammen is responsible for the design of the pulpit and the baptismal font, both dated in the year of inauguration 1932. The church has stained glass windows by Per Klemetsrud.

Nordstrand church has three stained glass windows in the choir, made by the visual artist Frøydis Haavardsholm. The first two she made in 1919, and later a third in connection with the rebuilding which was completed in 1935.
