In 2001, the Vitebsk branch of "BelTIZ" handed over a one-storey chess club building for the arrangement of the temple. After the production of the design and estimate documentation, the altar part was added and the dome was built. In 2005, a part of the temple, a refectory and a bathroom were added. In 2006, due to the porch, the area of the temple increased 1.5 times. The construction of a bell tower is planned.
The consecration of the Church of Jesus the Merciful took place on October 10, 2009 as part of the celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Vitebsk diocese. The liturgy, during which the consecration took place, was led by the Apostolic Nuncio to Belarus, Archbishop Martin Vidovich.
Liozna Jewish Cemetery has seven post-war tombstones. The site was fenced by ESJF in October 2021.
St. Nicholas' Church is a wooden Orthodox church built from 2001 to 2003 on the site of a former church. The rectangular one-block building is covered with a gable roof with a five-walled apse. A four-storey bell tower crowned by a tented roof rises above the pediment.
