Aziziye Mosque is an Islamic place of worship founded by the UK Turkish Islamic Association using the building of an old cinema.
The mosque provides services in Turkish. It includes a Halal butcher, the Aziziye Education Centre, a wedding hall and a restaurant.
The building was inaugurated in 1913 as a cinema. After the closure of the cinema in 1983, it was converted into the current mosque.
The Hackney and East London Synagogue in London was completed in 1897 by architects Delissa Joseph and Cecil Eprile. The synagogue was rebuilt in 1936. This Art Deco brick building was sold in 2009 to the Brasilian Pentacostalist church.
The New Synagogue in London was built in 1914-1915 by architects Joseph and Smithem. This Edwardian baroque brick building still serves as a synagogue.
Suleymaniye Mosque London is an Islamic place of worship funded by the UK Turkish Islamic Cultural Centre (UKTICC) in East London.
