Ontmoetingskerk
The Reformed Church in Nieuw-Lekkerland is the biggest and oldest church in the town. It was built in 1848, but historians are sure that there has been another church before. The architect of the current church was D. Slingerland.

Synagogue in Ridderkerk
The Synagogue in Ridderkerk is an Ashkenazi synagogue completed in 1835. In use until 1931, this brick synagogue now serves as a dwelling.
Essalam Mosquee
This mosque follows the tradition of the "medina Concept" following the design of the Great Mosque of Medina. The style of the mosque follows Egyptian Mammeluk architecture which features contrasting bluish and grey stone which creates a striped pattern. It consists of three central elements, each of which are domed.
Synagogue in Schoonhoven
The Synagogue in Schoonhoven is an Ashkenazi synagogue completed in 1838. A new façade was added in 1868. This brick building now serves as a museum.
