Orre church was consecrated in 1950. The architects of the church were Gustav Helland and Endre Årreberg. The altarpiece was painted by Thoralf Gjesdal.

Old Orre Church

The oldest part of the old church of Orre is said to have been built around the middle of the 13th century. The sea was probably higher in the Middle Ages, so that ships could dock completely inside the church. The old church of Orre was the parish church of the parish of Orre until 1950, when the church of Orre in Pollestad (Orre centre) was built.

Bryne Church

Bryne Church is a ‘working church’ from 1979. The brick church is constructed in a rectangular shape, has an independent bell tower and was designed by Peer Stockholm. There are two bells from Olsen Nauen Klokkestøperi in the tower.

Nærbø Old Church

The Nærbø old church was completed in 1834. The altarpiece was painted by Peter Reimers in 1620 and the church has stained glass windows of Benneche and Larsen from 1934.
