Røbekk Church

The Røbekk church was designed by engineer Gabriel Smith and the builder Erstad from Ålesund was commissioned to carry out the work. The church is a traditional wooden church, but it has the shape of a cross.

Molde domkirke

Consecrated in 1957, Molde Cathedral is a long church with a separate bell tower. It is built of concrete painted white to the designs of the architect Finn Bryn. The church is characterised by a combination of Gothic and modernist forms.

Røvik Church

The Røvik church was built in 1905 according to the plans of the architect Gabriel Smith. The church replaced the church in Bolsøy as a parish church and acquired most of its furniture when the latter was destroyed in 1907.

Old Veøy Church

The old church in Veøy is a long medieval stone church built around the year 1200. Veøy Old Church is often compared to the two other central stone churches in Møre og Romsdal: Borgund Church and Tingvoll Church. The exterior is Romanesque and the interior dates from the post-reformation period. The church functioned as a parish church until 1907.
