The Oratory of the Caballero de Gracia is a church located in the center of Madrid. Built in 1654, it is the work of the architect Juan de Villanueva.
The church of Nuestra Señora de las Maravillas was part of the former Carmelite monastery of San Antón, built in the 17th century. In the 18th century, the church underwent an important renovation, according to the neoclassical canons that prevailed at the time. Much of the Baroque decoration of the interior was removed, a new main altarpiece was installed and the main façade, described above, was remodelled.
The church of Nuestra Señora del Carmen and San Luis Obispo, built between 1611 and 1640, is the only remnant of the former Carmelite convent of Carmen Calzado. The convent was dismantled in 1836, but the church was preserved and converted into a parish church in 1910.
