Sopoćani Monastery

Sopoćani monastery is a raška style religious building built between 1260 and 1265. Seriously destroyed by the Ottomans at the end of the 17th century, the building remained in ruins until it was restored in 1926. Since 1979, the building has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Altun-Alem Mosque

Altun-Alem Mosque is a 16th-century Muslim temple in Novi Pazar. It is one of the oldest Islamic buildings in Serbia. Its name means "Golden Gem". It has a square shape with an entrance porch topped with two small domes.
