St. Maria im Kapitol
St. Mary of the Capitol is one of twelve Romanesque basilicas in the old town of Cologne. Built between 1040 and 1065 on an ancient Roman temple, it is the largest Romanesque church in the city.

St. Cäcilien is one of twelve Romanesque churches in the old town of Cologne. Built in the 12th century, it was part of the Weiher Monastery from the 15th century to 1802. Since 1956 it houses the Schnütgen Museum of Medieval Art.
