St Mary Magdalene

Discover this glorious early Gothic Revival chapel, sat alongside the National Trust house and landscape of Croome Park.
The house and park were designed and laid out by Capability Brown as was the church, set on a low hill nearby in Croome Park as an 'eye catcher'. The views out to the Malvern Hills on a clear day are spectacular.

Tewkesbury Abbey

With its enormous and imposing central tower, Tewkesbury Abbey is a Norman church built on a cathedral scale. The sheer size of the building is further emphasised by the west end, which is entirely made up of a huge arch that rises to the full height of the nave. The look and feel of grandeur is continued inside, where giant pillars soar up to the roof.

St Michael

Standing forlorn, with only a farm for company, St Michael's is a precious little building. Although restored in 1877 and built of a patchwork of greenstone and brick, the church is essentially Norman.
