St. Petri Church is a brick church built in 1866. The architect of the church was Conrad Fredrik von der Lippe (1833-1901). The church received the English architecture award Civic Trust Award for the major restoration and renewal work carried out in 2005-08.

The church in Frue was built according to the designs of the architect Hans Kaas in 1854. The church has a broad basilica shape with a tower in the west. The church has a mixture of late classicism, neo-gothic and early Swiss style.
The Døve Church in Stavanger is a long church from 1918. The congregation bought the current premises from the Free Church (Evangelical Lutheran Free Church of Norway) and moved in in 1997.
St. John's Church was completed in 1909, designed by the architect Hans Jacob Sparre. The church was built in brick, with the use of cut granite as a joint element. The church is in the style of a long church, and the body of the building is completed by a powerful and wide tower. The church has a neo-Romanesque expression with a treatment of forms and surfaces characterised by the Art Nouveau style.
