The Svelgen chapel is a whitewashed "work church" dating from 1960. The architects of the building were Claus and Johan Lindstrøm.

Midtgulen church is a wooden church completed in 1904. The architect responsible for the design of the church is Lars Sølvberg.
The church of Berle, formerly the Berle Chapel, has been a "working church" since 1977. The building, made of concrete and wood, was designed by the architect Alf Apalseth. Since 1999, the church has been a parish church in the parish of Berle.
The church in Rugsund was built in 1838 according to standard drawings by the architect Hans Ditlev Franciscus Linstow. The church was renovated, rebuilt and extended in 1911-1912. At that time, among other things, the tower was changed and Lars Kinsarvik carved and painted the altar, pulpit, font and wall decoration.
