The Vikedal Church is a long Late Empire style church dating from 1881. The church was built according to the standard plans of the architect Jacob Wilhelm Nordan. The altarpiece is probably the biggest treasure of the church. The painting is a work from 1654 by Thomas Snekker who was one of the leading Renaissance artists of Stavanger in Rogaland.

Sandeid Church

The church of Sandeid is a wooden long church built in 1904 on a former church from 1814. This old church has itself replaced a stave church.

Vats Church

The Vats church was built in 1855 according to the drawings of Hans von Linstow. The church, probably the third in Vats, is located in the middle of the village. The church, which was demolished shortly after the new building was ready, was built around 1640. The church that stood here before was probably a stave church.
