The church in Tonstad is a long church from 1852. The church is built on the basis of the so-called Rogaland type, one of the church models that the famous architect Linstow (1787- 1851) included in his book of typographical drawings. This church, at least the third on this site, was built on top of a previous church from 1625.

Haughom Chapel was built of wood in 1930. The church, with a long plan, was designed by architect John A. Søyland.
Netlandsnes chapel is a wooden building built in 1886. The architect of the church is H. A. Fedde.
The Lunde church is a long church built in 1873 according to the plans of the architect Hans Linstow. His designs were the basis for the construction of many churches in Agder and Rogaland, and Lunde Church became the last of the so-called 'Rogaland' type. The church has many similarities with the church in Helleland, the church in Bjerkreim and the church in Tonstad.
