The Ashkenazi Synagogue at Uilenburgerstraat in Amsterdam was built in 1765-66. This brick building still serves as a synagogue.

The building was constructed on a rectangular plan between the Uilenburgerstraat and Uilenburgergracht in the shadow of a mill for the benefit of "Brouwerij Van der Waereld". For centuries it was only accessible via corridors (alleys to the buildings behind).
The Rapenburgerstraat Synagogue in Amsterdam is an Ashkenazi synagogue built in 1882-83, restored in 1973. This brick building now serves as an office.
The Moses and Aaron Church is a Roman Catholic church originated from a clandestine church. The current building was built between 1837 and 1841 in neoclassicism style.
