Ullensvang Church

Ullensvang Church is a long stone church dating from the Middle Ages, with a lower, narrower choir with straight ends. The church was probably built in the second half of the 13th century, while the tower was built in 1883-85, when the church was restored by Chr. Christie. The west portal was then moved and inserted as an entrance portal into the porch at the base of the tower. A sacristy, an office and a stairwell were also built on the north and south sides of the church.

Kinsarvik kyrkje

The church in Kinsarvik is a whitewashed brick church from the second half of the 12th century. The square choir on the east side was built in the first half of the 13th century. Until then, the choir was part of the rectangular church hall, separated by a cross. During the archaeological excavations of 1960-61, remains of the pillars of a Stave church were discovered under the nave. The interior of the church is the result of the restoration carried out in the 1960s.

Utne Church

The Utne church, designed by Peter Blix, was inaugurated in 1895 and is marked by a neo-romanesque and national romantic architecture. The colours of the interior are the original 1895, but part of the church was repainted during a restoration in 1953. In the church, there is also a seventeenth-century painting depicting the martyrdom of John. It was donated to the church in 1990.

Ålvik Church

The Ålvik church in Kvam was built in masonry in 1962. The architect of the church is Esben Poulsson.
