Førde Church, built in 1938 and designed by Torgeir Alvsaker, is a long rectangular church with a single nave, with a choir lower and narrower than the nave. On the south side of the choir, there is a sacristy, and on the north side, there is a mortuary and a waiting room for baptisms. The church is built of plastered brick and has a partially constructed square tower in the west gable.
The Bjoa church was built in 1895 according to the design of Hartvig Sverdrup Eckhoff. Originally the church was painted light green on the outside, but it is now white. The interior is characterised by light colours in grey, blue and white. These colours were given to him during the restoration of the church in 1967 by the architect Sigurd Lie Olsen. Previously, the interior was pink with yellow-brown columns.
The Skjold Church, dating from 1998, is a brick 'working church' with an octagonal hall. The church was designed by architect Nils A. Vikanes, was built after the old city church, a wooden long church from 1887, was burnt down on 13 September 1992.
