The new church of the Reformed Church in Ridderkerk is called Sionskerk. The church was officially put into use on 21 March 2015. The church building, designed by the architectural firm IBT (engineers in construction technology), has 600 seats. Expansion on the gallery with 100 extra churchgoers is possible. In addition to the church hall, the church also has five ancillary rooms.
