The Malvik church is a wooden church dating from 1846. It seems to have been built according to the drawings of Hans Ditlev Franciscus von Linstow. The church replaced a church from 1656. Before that, there was also a Stave church in the town.

Ranheim Church is a brick church that was built in 1933. The architect of the church was Roar Tønseth. The church was built on top of an old church that burned down after being struck by lightning in 1932.
Hommelvik church is a long church dating from 1887. In 1950 the church was restored by John Tverdahl and received, among other things, a new decorated gallery parapet, a new pulpit, an altarpiece and a new organ.
The Charlottenlund church dates from 1973 and was designed by architect Roar Tønseth. The concrete building is a "working church" (multi-purpose church): In addition to being a church, the building also houses a kindergarten, a hairdresser's salon and an apartment.
