Church of Sainte-Anne, Boussac

Built in the 13th century, the church was, in all likelihood, the Chapel of the castle. In the 15th century, it underwent profound modifications, with the addition of 4 chapels.

About this building

With a Latin cross plan and late Romanesque style, the church has a nave with three bays dating from the 13th century. A square bell tower with an octagonal spire, covered with chestnut shingles, was added at the junction of the nave and the false transept in the 18th century.
