The Rødvet church was designed by the architect Erik Anker and was inaugurated in 1978. The altarpiece of the church was painted by Jens Johannessen and the stained glass windows are by Veslemøy Nystedt Stoltenberg. On the south outer wall is a large ceramic cross by Konrad Galaaen.

The Rødøy church is an octagonal church from 1885, it is one of the largest in Nordland. The builder was Andreas Grendstad from Sandnessjøen. Grendstad used the drawings from the Stamnes church in Sandnessjøen (built in 1882) as a base for the church in Rødøy.

Røldal Stave Church is a 13th century church. In the 17th century, the church walls were richly decorated with paintings. During the renovation of 1844, the nave was extended to the west and expanded with a new ceiling. In 1913-1918, the church underwent a major reconstruction. The church is famous for hosting a 13th century crucifix suspended above the choir opening.

Rømskog church was built in 1799 on the site where a stave church was first mentioned in 1369, but probably already built about 100 years earlier. The present church has undergone several renovations and took on its present appearance in 1952-1957 when it was restored inside and out. The tower dates from 1892.

Røn church is a long church from the mid-18th century. It has a rectangular and relatively short nave and a narrower choir that has just been completed. An extension of the choir is a sacristy from the 1920s. Some of the church's materials probably come from Fyrstro Stave church and Øde Stave church.

The Rønvik church was built in 1997 according to the plans of Bodø architect Reidar Berg from Arkitektstudio AS. The church has a bell tower in front of the entrance. The independent glass altarpiece, the Tree of Life, is made by Halvdan Ljøsnes and shows the connection between the Tree of Life and the cross.

The church in Røros, dating from 1784, is known for its large bell tower, which is a well-known symbol of Røros. The exterior of the church is whitewashed with grey details. The construction of the church in Røros was a prestigious project, and it became one of the most beautiful churches in Norway at that time. The altarpiece with a picture of the Last Supper was painted by the drawing teacher Johan Jørgen Lyng in 1782.

The church in Rørstad is a cruciform structure with an onion-shaped spire, completed in 1761. The church and Rørstad gradually lost importance as the population grew in other parts of the parish where new churches were built. It lost its status as a parish church in 1880.

Røssvoll Church, formerly Røssvoll Chapel, is an octagonal church from 1953. The wooden sculpture on the pulpit and around the altarpiece, as well as the baptismal font carved in soapstone, were made by Iver Hølmo (1910-1954).

The church in Røst is a long wooden church built in 1899 and restored in 1971. The present church replaced an old stone church which had become too small. This church was a stone church which was consecrated on 5 May 1839. It replaced an even older church that collapsed in a hurricane in January 1835. The tower of this church is still in the cemetery of Røst.
