St Emeric Church is a neo-classical church built between 1828 and 1836 in Veszprem.
About this building
The church was built outside the castle walls. Its Neo-classic style is easily recognisable on the main façade with its four columns and simple geometry. The church belonged to a Piarist convent that was established in Veszprém, right next to the church. Today it is the church of the Hungarian Armed Forces. It often hosts temporary exhibitions on ecclesiastical themes.
