The Synagogue in Zaandam is an Ashkenazi synagogue completed in 1865 by architect L.J. Immink. The synagogue was restored in 1950 and in 1974. In use until WWII, sold in 1974, this brick building now serves as an art centre.

The Posthoornkerk, a neo-Gothic church in Amsterdam, was designed by P.J.H. Cuypers and built in the 19th century. It was decommissioned in 1963 but saved from demolition by the Posthoornkerk Foundation. It underwent restoration and was repurposed as office spaces and an event venue.
The Amsterdam Westerkerk is a Calvinist church built between 1620 and 1631 in a Baroque style.
El Tawheed is a Mosque founded in 1986, very close to the Kosverlorenvaart canal in Amsterdam.
