Påskallaviks kyrka

Påskallaviks kyrka

Påskallavik, SE

On the east side is the sacristy, which is relatively large. Its size is explained by the fact that this part of the church was the first to be built, and from the beginning, from 1863 onwards, it served as a place of worship. The sacristy was also used as a classroom until 1880. The decoration of the church is mainly the work of the sculptor Arvid Källström (1893-1967), whose home and studio was in Påskallavik.
