The tower of the church of Salvador de Teruel is a Mudéjar Aragonese style building built in the 14th century. At that time, the Muslim population still lived in the city thanks to the privileges granted by Alfonso II. The tower imitates the structure of the Almohad minaret with two concentric square towers. Once the restoration work was completed, between 1991 and 1993, it became the first Mudejar tower to be visited in the city of Teruel.

It preserves the 15th-century facade, a Gothic portal decorated with terracotta remains of frescoes attributed to Lorenzo d'Alessandro. The vast interior was reduced to its present state in 1776 and 1827 when the Augustinian church was transformed into a cathedral.

The Catholic parish church of San Vicente is an ancient cathedral built at the beginning of the 11th century. Among the curiosities of the church are the sarcophagus of Saint Raimund de Roda (1067-1126), wall paintings dating from around 1200 and medieval inscriptions in the cloister.

The church of San Zaccaria was built in the 15th century on the site of a monastery dating from the 9th century, which was destroyed by fire in 1105. At that time it was attached to a Benedictine monastery which the Doge visited every year at Easter, during a ceremony in which he was presented with his headdress, the "Corno Ducale". The monastery was one of the richest and most famous in Venice, rivalling that of San Lorenzo. Witness to the previous constructions, the beautiful 10th and 11th-century crypt is divided into three naves by small columns supporting cross vaults.

The Sanctuary Our Lady of Aranzazu is a Marian Catholic shrine located in Oñate, in the state of Guipúzcoa, where the Virgin of Aranzazu (patroness of the province) appeared in 1469. At the end of the 14th century or beginning of the next century, a community of Trinitarian friars, probably from Torotosa, settled in the place of the Sanctuary. Due to the isolation of the place, the settlement had a short existence. Between 1753 and 1764 a new church was built and the image of the Virgin was moved from one place to another. This is the church that still stands, despite the damage suffered during the Civil War (1936).
